Not sure if a franchise is the right opportunity
for you?—let’s talk! I have owned and operated franchise businesses, and have been advising and
coaching people in the world of franchising for 25 years. I have been where you
now are. I have felt the fears and resolved them. I have had the doubts and
concerns and found the way forward. And I want to share my success and passion
for franchising with you. I sincerely believe that, based upon my personal
experience, owning a franchise is the safest way to go for a business owner if
you have the willingness to follow a proven system. Let’s start at the beginning. I was born in San Jose California to a family of
entrepreneurs. As a little girl I had a playhouse in my backyard – but what I
really liked was the general store I had outside of it or the lemonade stand I
had on the golf course to raise money for a stained glass window at my church.
So the entry into the franchise industry was a natural fit for me. Entrepreneurship is all I have ever known and it is how I look at the world. If
you want your children to grow up confident in their own abilities, start a
business and let them take part. Both of my children have those Entrepreneurial
Genes – they just can’t help themselves! |

What is my experience?
I started my career in the franchise industry working for the corporate office of Sir Speedy in Newport Beach, California. This was valuable, but not fully satisfying for me. I wanted to get my feet wet. I wanted to make it on my own! So, I left the corporate side and bought a Sir Speedy Printing Center in San Francisco. After 4 very successful years, personal reasons took me back to Southern California. But the franchise bug had bitten. I wanted more! I spent the following 10 years putting people into lubrication and tune-up franchises. This was followed by my work on a new facet of the business: creating sales and marketing materials for start up franchise companies—helping them sell their first franchises. This honed my strategic marketing franchising skills! Funny how one gets known. The word gets around. Out of the blue, in 1989,
I received a call from the Vice President of Sir Speedy, looking for a director for the western region of the United States. It was like going home again. I spent the following 7 years helping dozens and dozens of new business owners build personal wealth with their profitable franchises. Before I knew it, it was 2001, and I was ready to be a franchise consultant. I am still living my dream—helping people be successful in business.

What are my credentials? For a start, I have those 25 years of business experience. Part of that was
spent with Erwin Keup, a franchise attorney who wrote the most authoritative
work on the franchise business, “The Franchise Bible.” We worked together
getting franchise companies started. In April, 2006, I was interviewed on KCTS
TV’s "Serious Money," in June I was quoted extensively in a column printed in
the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. In 2007 I was quoted extensively again in
a column printed in the Tri-Cities Business Journal. This year I was interviewed
and quoted by Seattle Women’s Magazine. So, with all that experience, how can I help you?
As Your Franchise Coach,
I am ready to put my 25 years of franchise business experience and success at
your disposal. I will help you attain the “American Dream” and guide you to be
in control of “Claiming Your Future”.
